Online Fee Payment System for Term Fees
The online fee payment system enables students and parents to conveniently pay term fees using our secure online portal. By using this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Login and Fee Details
- The student or parent must enter the Admission Number and Password to log in.
- After logging in, click on "Online Fees Payment" to view fee dues.
- If you choose to pay online, click on "Pay Online" to proceed.
- You will then be redirected to the payment gateway after verifying your username and password.
Payment Methods
You may select from the following payment options:
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- Net Banking
Please follow the payment instructions as displayed on the portal for the selected payment mode.

Please read and follow all instructions carefully.
Payment Procedure
- After selecting the Pay option, you will be directed to the payment gateway (Net Banking / Debit / Credit Card).
- Choose your preferred mode of payment and proceed.
- Processing time for payment may range from a few seconds to a minute.
- If successful, a Payment Confirmation Slip will be generated. Students must keep this for future reference.
Unsuccessful or Failed Transactions
Failure scenarios may include:
- A failure message displayed on the screen.
- System delays with no response.
If no response is received:
- If you have not entered any card/banking details, restart the payment process.

If you have entered your card or banking details, check whether your account has been debited.
- If debited — do not attempt payment again. Your student account will be updated automatically once confirmation is received from the bank.
- If not debited — you must retry the payment.
Payment Status Update Option
Students can also update pending payments through the option available in their login under "Payment Status Updation".
Reference Number
Please note the Transaction / Reference Number for future verification or follow up in case of issues.
