Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please read this policy carefully before making any payments to Sree Abirami Institution. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds of fees paid through our online payment system.
No Cancellation After Successful Payment
Once a payment is made, there is no option for cancellation by the end user. After a successful payment is submitted, you will not be able to receive a refund except under the specific circumstance of a duplicate payment as detailed below.
Refunds and Chargebacks
No chargebacks or refunds will be permitted for fees paid through the online payment system, except in the case of duplicate payments.
If a chargeback is attempted through your bank, please note that Sree Abirami Institution reserves the right to take legal action to recover the fees.
Duplicate Payments
If you are charged twice for the same fee, you will be eligible for a refund. To receive this refund, you must contact the Accounts Department of Sree Abirami Institution and provide proof of excess payment.
Proof of duplicate payment must include:
- Transaction reference number
- Bank statement showing the duplicate transaction
- Any other relevant supporting documents
After reviewing your submitted documents, the accounts department will take appropriate action to process your refund.
Transaction Charges Are Non Refundable
All transaction charges incurred during the online payment process are strictly non refundable. This applies even in cases of duplicate or excess payments, as these charges are collected by the payment gateway and not by Abirami Institution.

By submitting a payment through our online system, you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. This includes any updates or changes that may be made periodically and published on our website.
